“Machine” Dumps $50K More Into Their Candidate Who Was A Firefighter Union Leader When Hillsborough Firefighters Got Caught Hiring Outlaws Gang Members

"Machine" wash, rinse, profit, repeat

The SimWinsTwins Pedicini and Piccolo laundry "Machine" circle of money goes round and round.

The "Machine" has dumped $50K more into their Machine candidate Chris Boles PAC "Rescue Hillsborough".

As we posted here, The "Machine" forced a challenger into the Hillsborough County District 6 county commission race to run against the true conservative Republican Dr. Jim Davison.

Did the SimWins Twins vet their candidate? Did they know their chosen one was a leader of the Hillsborough firefighter’s union when the firefighters hired Outlaws gang members to be County firefighters?

According to reports in 2016 this scandal occurred while Chris Boles was in a leadership position with the Hillsborough County Firefighters Union:

ABC Action News: The Department of Justice officially lists seven major motorcycle gangs (MCs) as “criminal enterprises” nationwide. The Outlaws and Pagans top that list and frequent national headlines with their involvement in drug trafficking, arson—and even organized murder.

Both of these notorious MCs have members who live on salaries paid for by the taxpayers of Tampa Bay. While not suspected of any criminal activity themselves, firefighter captains in Pasco and Hillsborough counties aren’t just members in their local MC chapters—but serve as recognized leaders.
ABC Action News: Hillsborough County Fire Rescue firefighter, Clint Walker, was an Outlaw for a couple of years. The Outlaws Motorcycle Club is considered a criminal gang among law enforcement and county officials say Walker's continued loyalty to the gang could cost him his career.

He's accused of refusing to hand over crime scene evidence to a sheriffs' deputy, and wearing his uniform off duty to gain unauthorized access at a hospital.

This started after James Costa, a former Hillsborough Fire Captain and President of a local Outlaws chapter, was shot while riding his bike down highway 41 in July.
...the county concludes in a disciplinary report, that there is sufficient evidence "to support a finding of Mr. Walkers continued affiliation with the outlaws motorcycle club" which violates their gang policy.
FireRescue1.com: Walker, who was fired Tuesday, worked for Hillsborough County Fire Rescue as a medic and says he was an Outlaw for a couple of years. The group is considered a criminal gang among law enforcement and one of the most dominant biker gangs in Florida.

Tampa Bay Times: Hillsborough County is banning employees from participating in certain biker gangs and other criminal groups after a firefighter associated with the Outlaws motorcycle gang was accused of taking part in a bar fight in Key West.

In a memo Friday, County Administrator Mike Merrill outlined a new policy effective immediately barring membership in groups or gangs considered criminal organizations by the state or federal government.

Wow! This is a doozy of a Hillsborough County firefighters scandal....on Boles tenure as a firefighters union leader.

Boles PAC "Rescue Hillsborough" is a misnamed nomenclature. He  did not "rescue" Hillsborough County from firefighters union scandals on his watch that cost county taxpayers millions of dollars.

Boles did not "rescue" Hillsborough County from the union’s continued demands for outsized salary increases. During the pandemic the union demanded 29% pay raises when so many county residents were financially struggling.

As a firefighter union leader Boles announced the firefighter’s union endorsement of tax raising Democrat Harry Cohen in 2022 and asked the citizens of Hillsborough County to support the Democrat. As a firefighter union leader, Boles’ Hillsborough County firefighters union endorsed the illegal and egregious $23B All for Transportation transit tax hike boondoggle in 2022.

Firefighter union leader Boles’ Hillsborough County firefighters supported a property tax increase last year to hand more money to the firefighters.

The only thing Boles appears to understand about the County budget is how to increase taxes, ask for huge salary increases and send more tax dollars to the firefighters union.

Boles was the THIRD candidate the “Machine” they found to run against a true fiscal conservative Republican Dr. Jim Davison who actually understands the County budget and its proper prioritization.

But it appears the SimWins Twins did not properly vet Chris Boles.

Being a firefighter union leader with a public sector union that supports Democrat's and tax hikes and being a candidate who feeds off of the SimWins crony donor base is not what Hillsborough County Republicans should support.

The SimWins Twins have the money for polling. They do not appear confident about their candidate. They are having to dump gobs more money at the last minute as the Pedicini SOP negative ads begin.

Vote wisely Hillsborough County Republicans!

Defeat the SimWins “Machine” candidate Boles and their network of crony donors.

Vote for the county commission candidate who will fight for you the taxpayer, Dr. Jim Davison.

Notes: Here's how the SimWins Twins money flowed to Boles PAC:
The SimWins Twins Pedicini PAC satirically called The Committee to Expose Fake Republicans funds Pedicini's PAC Citizens Alliance for Florida's Economy PAC.
Citizens Alliance for Florida's Economy PAC then doles out their dough to other "Machine" networked PACs including Boles PAC.
And Pedicini's PAC The Committee to Expose Fake Republicans hands hundreds of thousands of dollars to the SimWins Twins for profit LLC.
Wash, Rinse, Profit, Repeat

  1. THREE SIMWINS candidates pitted against Davison?

    Who is the third?

Miller and Boles are the only two who have ties to IMWINS.

Rico Smith NEVER has been connected with Pedicini

  2. 8 out of the 12 endorsements listed on his website are SIMWINS clients. The PAC Defending Conservatism and Democracy (yah sure) Treasurer is a former SINWINS partner and still pays them for ? political consulting. The same day they sent Rico money they sent Chris Boles money. It sent SIMWINS a consulting fee almost the same day. Don't know if they are Rico's toes in those shoes or Simwins, but it is getting crowded.

  3. Great Post Sharon! Wish some of the other media would pick this up. It's only the facts, but they never let that get in the way. Boles is just an EMPTY HAT. Shame on him. Is he capable of telling the truth?
